Immerse yourself in the beauty and aromas of our vineyard

Book your visit to Banks Peninsula oldest vineyard and learn about French Peak's rich history. We offer outdoor seating under parasols for those glorious sunny days, as well as cozy indoor seating in our Cellar Door. 

 

We welcome dogs to our vineyard, but kindly ask that they be kept on a leash as this is a working vineyard. Our resident cat, Kumara, often roams around his home, and we would like to ensure his safety and comfort alongside those of our other guests.

We are also family friendly and welcome those of all ages to come and enjoy our grounds.

Allstar Experience

Embark on a self-guided tour of French Peak Vineyard immersing yourself in the beauty of our grounds. Taste 4 of our premium wines whilst enjoying some bread, olives and balsamic vinegar  and receive a detailed guide and map for your tour.

Wee Cheese Platter

Complement your Allstar Experience with a Wee Cheese platter and taste locally sourced treats. Served on beautifully crafted platters that are suitable for 2 people.

The Best of Akaroa

The ultimate addition to your Allstar Experience. Enjoy a delicious selection of Barrys Bay Cheeses, Akaroa cold smoked salmon, Old French Road Olives and various meats. The perfect way to sample the flavours of our local region.

Allstar Experience

Embark on a self-guided tour of French Peak Vineyard

Included for $20 per Adult:

  • ​Have access to the French Peak grounds and Vineyard

  • A complimentary wine tasting OR a low/non-alcoholic alternative

  • Learn about the grapes we grow and the process of turning them into wine

  • Learn about the history of French Peak and our journey here

  • Enjoy some bread, olives and balsamic vinegar

  • Get lost in the stunning views that surround our vineyard

  • Have an amazing photo opportunity at the top of our vineyard, looking into the heart of an old volcano

Included for $10 per Child:

  • Non-Alcoholic drink and a snack

  • Plus all the other adventures mentioned above
